Use our calculator for an estimate of the SDLT payable, based on current government rates for properties in England. Please note, rates and thresholds can change, so always seek professional financial and legal advice.

SDLT calculations can be complex and depend on individual circumstances (e.g., non-UK residents, corporate bodies, linked transactions). The rules for SDLT can also change.
