Please report faults/repairs to either the Block Management team if it is a development we manage, Residential Lettings if we collect your rent and manage your property and to Commercial if you are a commercial tenant. Our team will deal with repairs/enquiries during normal office hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday), for emergencies out of hours, please refer to the emergency contact details under each department. 

Our Christmas opening hours are as follows:

Wednesday 25th December - Closed

Thursday 26th December - Closed

Friday 27th December - Open as normal

Monday 30th December - Open as normal

Tuesday 31st December - Close at 12 noon
